Hi, I’m Courtney!
I’m a mom of two under two, wife, and Pathologists’ Assistant. As a new mom, I’m constantly looking for fun, easy, and educational activities for my kids. With no background or experience in early childhood, I turned to the expert-my mom. After seeing her effortlessly create entertaining development activities for my kids, I had the idea to share those activities with all the other moms looking for help!
Here are 3 fun facts about me:
- I perform autopsies at my job! I find them super interesting and love what I do.
- My favorite activity is playing volleyball! I played competitively through high school and still love playing, especially with my husband and family.
- My favorite food is anything cajun-especially crawfish! Because my mom is from New Orleans (and a great cook), I grew up eating and loving all things cajun.
Hi, I’m Michele!
I’m a mom of three and grandma of two with over 28 years of experience in early childhood currently finishing my PhD in Early Childhood Education. I have served as a teacher, professor, director, and principal within early childhood. I have also started and owned my own daycare as well as been a consultant to new and existing early childhood centers. One of my passions within early childhood is teaching parents the importance of learning through play.
Here are 3 fun facts about me:
- I was born and raised in New Orleans and am a huge Drew Brees fan- who dat!
- In my spare time I love to bake and watch the Great British Bakeoff!
- I have lived in three other countries besides the US-Belgium, Scotland, and China!
